Masics LLC (“Masics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we treat information when you visit masics.org or otherwise interact with our websites, applications, or services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you consent to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect
   When you reach out to us whether to request a demo, ask a question, or sign up for updates; we collect the personal information you provide. This includes your first and last name, business email address, phone number, job title, company name, country, and any project description or inquiry details. As you navigate and use our Services, we automatically gather technical and usage data such as IP addresses, browser and device metadata, pages viewed, click stream and form submission metadata, session duration, and aggregate analytics. We also employ cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and measure site performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
   We use your personal information to respond to your inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and send you updates about Masics offerings. Technical and usage data help us monitor and improve site functionality, user interface, and overall performance. We also analyze aggregated client profiling metrics to better understand market trends and customer needs.    In line with industry and B2G standards, we retain contact and billing records for up to seven years to satisfy legal, tax, and record keeping obligations. Usage logs and analytics data are kept for up to two years to facilitate trend analysis and product improvement. Cookies and session data generally persist for up to one year or until you clear them. After these periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize the information.
6. Children’s Privacy
   Our Services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 or older. Masics is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. Please do not use Masics if you are under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided Masics with personally identifiable information without the consent of his or her parent or guardian, please contact us at privacy@masics.org.
7. International Transfers
   To provide our Services globally, personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed on servers located in the U.S. or other countries. By using our Services, you agree to such transfers. For users in the EU or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and your express consent via use of the Services.
8. California Residents’ Rights
   If you reside in California you have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, request deletion of your personal information (subject to certain exceptions), and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data; e.g. targeted advertising or lead generation purposes via our “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” mechanism. 9. Your Privacy Rights
   Depending on your jurisdiction you may also have the right to access, correct, update, delete, or port your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing activities, and withdraw your consent. To submit a request email privacy@masics.org and include sufficient information for us to verify your identity. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
10. Security
    We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All employees, contractors, and service providers with access to personal information are bound by confidentiality obligations.
11. Protection of Certain Personally Identifying Information
    Masics discloses potentially personally identifying and personally identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that need to know that information in order to process it on Masics’ behalf or to provide services available at the Services, and that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using the Services, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. In addition, in some cases we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Moreover, if Masics or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or if Masics goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Masics may continue to use your personal and non-personal information only as set forth in this policy. Otherwise, Masics will not rent or sell potentially personally identifying and personally identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations or as described above, Masics discloses potentially personally identifying and personally identifying information only when authorized to do so by law, or when Masics believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Masics, third parties or the public at large.

If you are a registered user of the Services and have supplied your email address, Masics may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Masics and our products. If you send us a request (for example via support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Masics takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally identifying and personally identifying information. For users outside the United States, please note that any personally identifiable information you enter into the Services will be transferred out of your country and into the United States. You consent to such transfer through your use of the Services. You also warrant that you have the right to transfer such information outside your country and into the United States.
12. Changes to This Policy
    We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will post the revised policy on masics.org with a new “Effective Date” and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via a prominent notice on our website.
